Closed JSC “CHEMAGREGAT” group of companies” was founded in 1998. Basic form of activity is development, design, engineering, manufacture and sales of wide range equipment to be used in chemical, petrochemical and oil refining industries. This equipment includes various types of electrical pumping units (chemical horizontal centrifugal and magnetic driving pumps, vertical semi-submersible pumps), shut-off and control valves (ball valves, butterfly valves, diaphragm valves, check valves), reservoirs, pipeline components (fittings).

In its activity it closely cooperates with leading national and foreign design institutes utmost using own machinery and equipment (manufactured by Closed JSC “CHEMAGREGAT” group of companies”).
- «J.J. CHEMAGREGAT MANUFACTURING CO., LTD» - enterprise manufacturing chemical equipment.
- LLC «CHEMAGREGAT-Service» – transportation and logistics company carrying out complete cycle of equipment delivery to the central warehouse in Moscow, customs clearance of the goods, and on customer’s request goods delivery to customer’s warehouse.
- LLC «Chemagregat-Media» – publisher of «Chimagregaty» industrial magazine referring chemical and petrochemical equipment.
- Chemagregat Burgas Co, Ltd - official representation of Group of companies «Chemagregat» in the European Union countries, coordinates equipment delivery, engineering services and logistical activity of the company at the EU territory.
- Holding company Closed JSC «CHEMAGREGAT» group of companies» - coordinates mutual activity in projects development and implementation, equipment manufacture and sales. Owns patent on «CHEMAGREGAT» trademark.
